WHO:  Diane O’Neill, Seattle, Lead Gardener, Giving Garden P-Patch to benefit local food banks
Our host CI Diane O’Neill – you read about her in the Winter 2021 Quarterly Newsletter.  She’s mastered soil blocking and you won’t want to miss her video plus tips on this seed starting method. A Zone 8a gardener, Diane and her husband have eight SFG beds (made possible by a grant from the SFG Foundation) in a community plot. 100% of the food they grow is donated to feeding agencies to nourish hungry neighbors in need; she’s got lots of ideas to share with CIs who want to support their own local food banks.
